1.474 Gigapixel Image of the Inauguration

I just learned about a cool new tech tool called Gigapan which mounts a high definition camera onto a robotic stand and creates giant images from thousands of smaller ones. A man by the name of David Bergman used Gigapan to take a giant photo of the inauguration of our new president. If you zoom into the right spots you can find everything from Yo-Yo Ma taking a picture with his iPhone, to P-diddy. Pretty freaking cool how far you can zoom in. Check out the fullscreen panorama.

The Titsest Looking Video Game Ever

Sorry about the lack of posts lately, I returned to college and whenever I am on my computer I cant help but to immediately launch Fallout 3. Anyway, I will try to post every day or two now.

ACE Team Software (a new independent game developer) is in the process of developing a new game called Zero Clash. It recently was named a finalist at the Independent Game's Festival for excellence in visual art. The art style is incredibly colorful and trippy looking, and I cant explain how excited I am for it. It is created using Valve's Source engine which has been used for many top tier titles such as Half Life 2 and Left 4 Dead. Check out the gameplay trailer!

Get Up!

Lets Move to Michigan!

The real estate market in the Great Lakes Region has reached such a terrible lowthat you can easily find a house for under $1000. These extremely low prices are due to the foreclosures of countless houses. For example, this three-bedroom, one-bath bungalow of about 1,000 square feet located in Detroit is listed at just $500.

$500! Shit! I want to drop out of college and d for the rest of my life in this house!

A Year in 40 Seconds

I came across this guy's home photography project and it really sparked my interest in the art photography. What he did was take a picture of his backyard every so often throughout the entire year and blended them into a majestic 40 second high definition video. Once I gain a reliable and larger source of income I plan to invest in a high end camera and start practicing photography.
